Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a QA automation tester in Poland to develop and maintain automated tests for home appliances. You will design tests in Python, implement manual test cases in Jira, and collaborate with international teams to ensure high-quality software across projects.

Responsibilities include regression testing, test results analysis, and maintaining the test framework with PyTest, while participating in project meetings and learning new tools and environments.

Qualifications

• Education and/or practice in software testing.
• Beginner/Intermediate knowledge of Python (including basics of OOP).
• Good knowledge of Quality Assurance.
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Attention to detail and goal orientation.
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills for building relationships with international teams.
• Ability to take responsibility for task realization and high-quality assurance.
• Effective communication skills for task realization and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Requirements analysis.
• Test design and test implementation (Python).
• Writing manual test cases in Jira.
• Manual and regression testing.
• Maintenance and running of automation tests.
• Test results analysis with Jenkins.
• Reporting and investigating found software issues.
• Test framework (PyTest) modification if needed.
• Learning the project environment and used tools and technologies.
• Close cooperation with other teams located around the world.
• Participation in project meetings.
• Work as a good team player.
