Kinguin is seeking an IT Support professional to provide on-site and remote assistance, manage AD/Entra ID, and administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace from Warsaw with a future hybrid model.

Provide on-site and remote IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network and access issues.
Administer Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory and Entra ID.
Manage user accounts, permissions, access and onboarding/offboarding.
Install, configure and maintain Windows and macOS devices and IT equipment.
Handle IT requests and incidents through the ITSM/ticketing system.
Support meeting rooms, endpoint management and IT security.
Maintain IT documentation and asset records while improving and automating IT processes.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Good knowledge of Windows and basic familiarity with macOS.
Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN and Wi-Fi.
Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems and basic IT security/IAM principles.
Practical experience using AI tools to improve IT tasks and troubleshooting.
Good problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
A user-oriented approach, discretion and the ability to stay calm in urgent situations.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to work on-site in Warsaw initially, with a hybrid model opportunity afterward.
Nice to have:
Experience with Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, Ubiquiti UniFi or Google Workspace administration.
Understanding of ITIL principles.
