Short Intro and About the Job

We are looking for a person who will joinDanone’s Planning Center in Katowiceas aJunior Supply Execution Planner.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Managing inventory and resolving ongoing issues,
• Communicating product availability and potential risks to markets,
• Managing short shelf-life products in the plant-based category within the chilled and ambient portfolio,
• Supporting the team in creating and updating reports.

About You

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

• Very good command of English,
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the supply chain area,
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory - pivot tables, data filtering; nice to have: Power Query, macros),
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP,
• Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly draw conclusions and propose alternatives.

The team you will be working with is the Danone Planning Center (DPC), a newly opened, technologically advanced competency center located in Katowice. DPC is responsible for supply chain planning for fresh dairy, plant-based products, specialized nutrition and first diet from Nutricia. Covering all European countries, this innovative hub utilizes cutting-edge technology to optimize and revolutionize planning processes. With its advanced technological solutions, DPC would play a key role in ensuring supply chain efficiency across the continent.
