Job summary

AFRY is building a Poland-based team to support wastewater treatment projects, collaborating with Swiss/German design standards. You will contribute to civil design, BIM coordination, and cross‑functional work across disciplines.

The role requires 3–5 years in structural engineering, strong BIM skills, and good English. A hybrid office setup is available in Poznań, Kraków or Łódź with international teamwork and career development.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of structural engineering experience.
• Willingness to learn multidisciplinary work (mechanical and electrical).
• Good English level (B2-C1) and proficient in MS Office.
• Solid BIM knowledge and collaboration via BIM platforms.
• Experience with listed BIM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design civil works for wastewater treatment plants.
• Perform basic sizing and coordinate with machinery, HVAC and EC systems.
• Follow design stages per Swiss SIA and/or German HOAI.
• Design civil elements using BIM with modelers.
• Participate in meetings and report to Project Managers.
