Job summary

UPM in Wroclaw seeks a Junior Specialist, Supply Chain to gain end-to-end insight from order to delivery in a global environment. You’ll support sales contracts, order loading, and third-party PO management while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

You will work in a hybrid model, combining remote work with on-site collaboration in Wroclaw. Fluency in English is required, Finnish is a plus, and a bachelor’s degree or studies in progress is welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or current student in related field.
• Experience in Order Management, Logistics, or related roles is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and ability to work both with others and independently.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Fluent in English; Finnish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for managing sales contracts, loading orders.
• Apply for Phytosanitary Certificate from Finnish Food Authority for each shipment transported outside EU if needed.
• Handle eArchiving of sales contracts.
• Support team in managing Third Party Sales and Purchase Orders.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders daily.
• Be part of introduction of new CRM system.
• Support continuous improvement of processes and ways of working

What You Will Do

• Be responsible for managing sales contracts, loading orders
• Apply for Phytosanitary Certificate from Finnish Food Authority for each shipment transported outside EU if needed

Who You Are

• You have a bachelor’s degree or are currently pursuing your studies
• It is an asset if you have any experience in Order Management, Logistics or other roles related to Supply Chain
• You can collaborate effectively with others while also handling tasks on your own
• You have great organizational and prioritization skills
• You are eager to learn new tasks, you are flexible and open minded
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of Finnish is an asset

Additional Information

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław.

The position holder will report to Manager Supply Chain.
