BNP Paribas S.A. (Branch in Poland) is seeking a Junior Specialist for Ownership verification in OTC Derivatives Middle Office. The role focuses on reconciling client and broker holdings across listed and OTC derivatives and resolving discrepancies with global teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in speaking and writing is required.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling and verifying client/broker holdings of listed and OTC derivatives.
• Investigating discrepancies with teams across BNP Paribas group.
• Contacting internal clients in case of issues.
• Updating and setting up clients’ funds in reconciliation platforms.
• Analyzing mismatches and dispatching to relevant teams.
• Responding to all incoming requests from internal teams or clients.
• Participating in regular performance and group meetings.
• Preparing regular reporting based on reconciliations performed.
