• Odpowiadanie na zapytania od wewnątrz i z zewnętrznych stron, w tym klientów, audytorów i regulatorów.
• Wspieranie migracji nowych procesów i onboarding klientów.
• Szukanie możliwości ulepszeń procesów.
• Udział w testowaniu i walidacji funkcjonalności systemów.
