Job summary

Electrolux Group in Krakow is seeking a Junior Spares Documentation Engineer to create and maintain spare parts documentation for appliances, ensuring service and repair activities run smoothly across the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with the R&A team, prepare spare parts lists, and update spares databases, electrical diagrams and part definitions. The role is on a fixed-term 18-month contract.

Qualifications

• You possess a basic understanding of household appliances and how they operate.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes in production and product development for a range of household appliances and ensure related documentation remains accurate and up to date.
• Prepare spare parts lists within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Create and maintain entries in spares databases, define spare parts, and update electrical diagrams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation reflects the latest product and production changes.
• Support the Spares Planning team in optimizing spare parts availability and supply processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation quality and accuracy.
