Job summary

Electrolux Group in Krakow is seeking a Junior Spares Documentation Engineer to create and maintain spare parts documentation for appliances, ensuring service and repair activities run smoothly through accurate data across the product lifecycle.

You will work with the R&A team, support stakeholders, and help optimise spare parts availability. The role is fixed-term for 12 months and based in a modern Electrolux SSC.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reflect latest product and production changes.
• Support the Spares Planning team in optimising spare parts availability and supply processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation quality and accuracy.

About the role

As a Junior Spares Documentation Engineer , you will play an important role in creating and maintaining spare parts documentation for appliances, ensuring that service and repair activities can be carried out efficiently. The role involves cooperation with the R&A team and regular support for relevant stakeholders to ensure effective service support and the availability of accurate spare parts information throughout the product lifecycle.

This position is offered on a fixed-term contract for a period of 12 months.

In detail, you will:
