Job summary

Bain & Company in Warsaw is hiring a Junior Sourcing Recruiter to support the Sourcing CoE and recruitment across Bain’s businesses through diverse channels.

You will contribute to candidate sourcing, dashboards, and data accuracy while collaborating with recruiters and stakeholders in a hybrid environment requiring 2 days per week in the office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1–2 years Talent Acquisition experience; sourcing in professional services or headhunting is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute work plans and meet deadlines with some supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal English.
  • Ability to produce clear, structured outputs and engage in team discussions.
  • Growth mindset; comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using social media, job boards, in-house databases, and networking events.
  • Build sourcing work plans under supervisor's direction to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify key sourcing channels and adjust approach based on role requirements and recruiter feedback.
  • Assess prospect suitability based on recruiter briefs with supervisor guidance.
  • Conduct talent research using online sources, databases, and internal tools; share initial insights with supervisor.
  • Develop and maintain a candidate database for active and future roles in ATS and related systems.
  • Maintain data accuracy and resolve discrepancies within scope; organize candidate information with high attention to detail.
  • Leverage AI and other tools to deliver accurate, error-free reports on jobs, people and searches.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and stakeholders, seeking feedback and improving processes.
  • Foster an inclusive team environment and come prepared to check-ins with clear topics and priorities.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll be based in Bain's GBS Warsaw and work as part of Sourcing Center of Excellence (Coe). The team supports sourcing across Bain’s varied businesses and practices, helping identify, engage, and assess prospective candidates through multiple channels. You’ll work closely with recruiters, account managers, and stakeholders to provide high-quality support across recruiting efforts and contribute to priority initiatives for the Sourcing CoE.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

As a Junior Sourcing Recruiter, you’ll report to the Regional Lead and support the Sourcing CoE, specifically in conducting sourcing across Bain’s varied businesses and practices through multiple channels and managing dashboards and systems. In addition, the role will also involve supporting priority initiatives for the CoE.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Assist in sourcing candidates using various methods such as social media platforms, online job boards, in-house databases, and networking events
  • Assist in building sourcing work plans under supervisor's direction to ensure timely delivery
  • With supervisor guidance, identify key sourcing channels and adjust approach based on role requirements and recruiter feedback
  • Assess prospect suitability based on recruiter briefs with supervisor guidance; proactively flag questions and share observations
  • Conduct talent research using online sources, databases, and internal tools; validate findings with supervisor and communicate initial insights
  • Support the development and maintenance of a candidate database for active and future roles
  • Organize and maintain candidate information in ATS and databases with high attention to detail; take ownership of data accuracy and proactively identify and resolve discrepancies within scope
  • Leverage AI and other tools to deliver accurate, error-free reports on jobs, people and searches, spot-checking output for inconsistencies consistent with Bain’s AI Responsible Use policies
  • Actively engage with recruiters and stakeholders to seek feedback on own work
  • Foster an inclusive team environment; display willingness to learn and receive coaching, come to check-ins with a clear agenda and prioritized topics, and contribute to a positive team culture by sharing learnings with peers
ABOUT YOU
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience; experience in sourcing within professional services or headhunting is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute work plans, consistently meet deadlines, and work with some direction from a supervisor while taking initiative to prioritize tasks and seek timely clarification
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Able to produce clear, structured written outputs and engage in team discussions with concise, audience-appropriate language
  • Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail
  • Growth mindset with willingness to learn, receive coaching, and suggest process improvements; comfortable leveraging AI tools and technology (e.g., Avature, Microsoft Office suite, HRIS systems) to improve efficiency
  • Inclusive team player who contributes to a positive team environment, seeks out feedback on own work, and builds relationships with stakeholders across the organization

This role follows a hybrid working model, requiring at least2 days per week in the office.
