Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a procurement professional to support the Cocoa & Chocolates sourcing team across AMEA/MEU regions. The role focuses on daily procurement activities, reporting, and data analysis to derive actionable insights for risk mitigation and supplier performance.

You will collaborate with sourcing managers, manage dashboards, and assist in contract management while ensuring timely delivery and effective communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• Procurement experience and contract management is desirable.
• Proficient in Excel, SAP, Power BI; strong data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day procurement processes, bidding and contracting.
• Assist in performance management and reporting; prepare monthly reports.
• Analyze data to derive insights and action points for sub‑spend areas.
• Collaborate with supply risk management and supplier relationship owners.
• Maintain dashboards and prepare materials for monthly operational reviews.
• Support supplier follow-ups and timely closure of inputs.

What you need to know about this position:

This position supports the Cocoa & Chocolates sourcing team for AMEA/MEU Regions. The role holder will work closely with Sourcing managers in supporting day to day execution of procurement processes, bidding, contracting & performance management. In addition, the role holder would also be making and analysing multiple monthly reports, deriving insights and action points.

• Engage closely in supply risk process and develop/implement mitigation plans
• Collaborate closely with Ops. Teams and act as relationship owner towards suppliers.
• Assure that RSMLT is informed appropriately about supply risks and mitigation plans.
• Support daily business and ad-hoc requests for designated sub-spend area.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelors with relevant experience. Majors/Minors in Supply Chain, Finance is preferable. Procurement Certifications like CIPS, CPSM or any other equivalents is desirable. Experience in procurement would be preferable.

Specific Skill Sets

• Expertise in Excel (Pivots, lookups, sumifs etc), SAP, Power BI, PowerPoint.
• Capability to learn new dashboards quickly.
• Capability to handle and analyse big data and derive meaningful insights.
• Require good communication skills, Fluency in English, ability to work on multiple internal systems.

Job specific requirements:

• Prepare Price Fixations, Contracts management & Vendor record management.
• Performance tracking with Suppliers and CAPA closures for quality incidents.
• Project co-ordination for business continuity projects, trial material ordering and follow-ups.
• Maintain Dashboards & prepare review documents for monthly operational reviews.
• Support supplier follow-ups on operational matters and timely closure of supplier inputs.
