Job summary

SIX Group Services Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer in Warsaw. You will own CI/CD pipelines, release processes, incident response, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth, secure, and scalable delivery.

You will prioritize automation, design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and participate in Scrum ceremonies. 5+ years in DevOps/SRE with Linux, containers, and modern tooling are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE role, ideally in containerised environments.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and container technologies (Docker, Podman, OpenShift/Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tooling.
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritisation, and ability to work independently.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own and design CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Lead automation initiatives to reduce toil and improve reliability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to streamline delivery.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Provide 2nd‑level support, handle incidents, and participate in on‑call rotations.

Site Reliability Engineer

We’re looking for a seasoned DevOps/SRE professional to drive automation, reliability, and operational excellence across our platforms. You will own CI/CD pipelines, release processes, incident response, and collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth, secure, and scalable delivery.

What You Will Do

• Prioritize automation over manual work; eliminate toil through tooling and process improvements.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to streamline delivery.
• Own release management and deployment processes.
• Design, build, and maintain team CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
• 2nd‑Level Support; handle incidents and problem management, participate in on‑call rotations and respond to high‑priority events.
• Dispatching and Coordination; prioritize and route tasks effectively, communicate clearly with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ownership and Seniority; bring seasoned expertise and technical judgement, take ownership of critical tasks and projects end‑to‑end.

What You Bring

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus 5+ years in DevOps/SRE (ideally in containerised environments).
• Deep experience with Linux and containers (Docker, Podman, OpenShift/Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tooling.
• Excellent problem‑solving, prioritisation, and ability to work independently.
• Strong work ethic and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• CI/CD: GitLab CI, Ansible, ArgoCD, Helm.
• Languages/Scripting: Java or C++, Python, Bash.
• Streaming/Data: Kafka (thorough knowledge).
• Observability: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK.
• Databases/Directory: LDAP/OUD, MySQL.
