Mars is seeking a Junior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to prototype AI-powered solutions across global Supply Chain and Manufacturing functions. You will embed with frontline teams, understand field challenges, and turn them into working AI-enabled prototypes.

Ideal candidates are proactive builders comfortable with Python, eager to learn GenAI frameworks, and ready to collaborate with business teams on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical discipline.
• 1–3 years in software, data or digital tech delivery.
• Strong Python foundation and API know-how.

Responsibilities

• Shadow frontline teams during site visits to uncover bottlenecks.
• Translate user feedback into structured stories and specs.
• Actively participate in daily standups and sprint planning.
• Write clean Python code for AI prototypes and APIs.
• Contribute to RAG pipelines, semantic search, and multi‑agent workflows.
• Iterate prototypes based on factory feedback.
• Apply enterprise software practices for production handoff.
