Job summary

Mars Incorporated in Warszawa seeks a Supply Chain & Manufacturing Forward Deployed AI Engineer to lead rapid prototyping, discovery, and PoC delivery across our global supply chain and manufacturing functions. This hybrid role blends agile software delivery, frontline business engagement, hands-on AI product engineering, and modern AI/ML systems architecture.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a highly quantitative field.
5+ years delivering software, analytics, or digital transformation with at least 2+ years building GenAI solutions.
Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, or Industrial environments.

Responsibilities

Partner with frontline Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, and Planning teams to map operational bottlenecks.
Facilitate discovery workshops and translate business problems into user stories, specs, and data models.
Act as Scrum Master for prototyping work, managing backlog, iterations, and risks.
Design, write, and deploy robust prototypes using Python and cloud technologies.
Build RAG pipelines, semantic search, and multi-agent workflows.
Design integrations to shop-floor platforms (Poka, Weaver, MES) and SAP ERP.
Ingest, clean, structure, and connect real-world data from databases and telemetry.
