Your responsibilities

- Service and maintenance of medical devices used in diagnostics, endoscopy in public and private healthcare facilities, including repair of automated washer-disinfectors and related equipment
- Installation, preventive maintenance, technical inspections, and functional testing of endoscopic devices and instruments
- Delivery of customer training on the safe and effective use of medical equipment.
- Maintenance of service records, preparation of repair reports, and completion of technical documentation in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Management of the field service spare parts inventory to ensure efficient service operations
- Close collaboration with the sales team by providing technical support, product expertise, and customer advice
- Coordination with service administration regarding the planning, scheduling, and reporting of service activities
- Required qualifications
- Experience in service (experience in servicing medical devices will be an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of network technologies (m.in. types of devices, types of cabling, network topologies, protocols) will be welcome
- Valid Category B driving license
- Willingness and availability to travel frequently for business purposes
- Intermediate level of technical English
- Higher education in a technical field, preferably Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related discipline
- Strong willingness to learn and continuously develop technical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, remain customer-focused, and effectively address customer needs
- Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and effective planning and organizational skills
- Area of operation: lubuskie, part of wielkopolskie, dolnośląskie and zachodnio-pomorskie, –
- Preferred place of residence: Zielona Góra or up to 30 km distance from Zielona Góra
