Job summary

Miele in Poznań is seeking an accounting professional to process invoices in SAP, code them, and monitor approvals as part of the shared services team.

You will resolve discrepancies with MGS and internal customers, ensure payment terms compliance, process supplier payments and travel expenses, and contribute to month-end closings, while maintaining accuracy and strong English and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices in SAP, including coding and monitoring approvals.
• Resolve open items and discrepancies with specialist departments in MGS and with internal customers.
• Ensure compliance with payment terms and work to increase those terms.
• Timely processing of email and Service Now cases.
• Active participation in month-end closing procedures.
• Regular payment processing for suppliers and ad-hoc payment requests by internal customers.
• Process travel expense payments for internal employees.
