Job summary

Accenture Services Sp. z o.o. in Krakow seeks an accounting professional to perform RTR activities for client entities, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and post journal entries. You will support automation efforts and help shape end-to-end GL processes with clients and Accenture stakeholders.

After the training period, the role offers hybrid work from the Cracow office (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) and pathways for learning, international project exposure, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Proficient English with B2 level minimum.
• Approximately 3 months to 1.5 years of accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

The work

• Performing RTR (record to report) activities for applicable client entities according to procedures.
• Preparing balance sheet accounts reconciliations.
• Journal Entries preparation and posting.
• Supporting automation process through process analysis and improvements.
• Developing end to end GL (general ledger) processes in cooperation with Client and Accenture stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining professional relationship with business partners.

After the training period, possibility of working in hybrid mode from the office located in Cracow until further notice (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).

Here’s what you will need

• Very good communication skills in English language (min. B2 level is required).
• Approximately 3 months to 1.5 years of experience in accounting, familiarity with transition process will be a plus.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Microsoft Excel or equivalent.

Bonus points if you have

• Finance & Accounting education background or equivalent.
• Experience with other financial tools
• Knowledge of SAP and Blackline.
