Accenture Services Sp. z o.o. in Kraków is seeking an accounting professional to perform RTR activities, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and post journal entries. You will support automation initiatives and work with stakeholders to develop end-to-end GL processes.

The role offers hybrid work from Cracow (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) after training, with emphasis on collaboration with Clients and Accenture teams to build strong professional relationships.

Qualifications

• 3 months to 1.5 years of accounting experience.
• Familiarity with transition processes is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel.

The work:

• Performing RTR (record to report) activitiesfor applicable client entities according to procedures.

• Preparing balance sheet accounts reconciliations.

• Journal Entries preparation and posting.

• Supporting automation process through process analysis and improvements.

• Developing end to end GL (general ledger) processes in cooperation with Client and Accenture stakeholders.

• Building and maintaining professional relationship with business partners.

After the training period, possibility of working in hybrid mode from the office located in Cracow until further notice (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).

Here's what you will need:

• Very good communication skills in English language (min. B2 level is required).

• Approximately 3 months to 1.5 years of experience in accounting, familiarity with transition process will be a plus.

• Very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Microsoft Excel or equivalent.

Bonus points if you have:

• Finance & Accounting education background or equivalent.

• Experience with other financial tools

• Knowledge of SAP and Blackline.
