AgileEngine in Poland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and screen top IT candidates and build a strong pipeline for critical positions, with a focus on cultural fit and long-term potential.

You will proactively seek world-class talent through networks, online platforms, and referrals, manage candidate data with attention to detail, and collaborate with clients to deliver quality hires while enjoying flextime and both remote and in-office options.

Qualifications

• Advanced English communication with a positive, open-minded attitude.
• 1+ year of successful recruiting experience or similar client-facing roles.
• Affinity towards technology and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
