Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Łódź is seeking a Junior R&D Electrical Engineer to contribute to the development of advanced transformer technology. In this role, you will engage in circuit-level and multi-physics simulations to evaluate transformer performance and support various R&D initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and possesses a foundational understanding of circuit theory and electromagnetics. Additional knowledge of programming and simulation tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong theoretical foundation in circuit theory, electromagnetics, and transformer physics.
• Initial professional experience in electrical engineering preferred.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Perform circuit-level and electromagnetic simulations for transformers.
• Evaluate transformer performance parameters using simulation tools.
• Develop automation tools for simulation workflows.
• Support prototyping and testing activities for simulation validation.
