The role involves databases (Supabase, PostgreSQL), Docker, and exploring AI integrations while building scalable systems. This is a long-term office-based position in Gliwice with opportunities to grow.

Formación

• 1+ year of commercial backend experience.
• Solid understanding of Python fundamentals (OOP, REST APIs, Git).
• Willingness to learn new stacks — e.g. Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, or AI integrations.
• A love for side projects, hackathons, or student club initiatives.
• Communicative English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain backend components in Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
• Collaborate with experienced developers and PMs on production-ready features.
• Work with databases (Supabase, PostgreSQL) and modern tools like Docker.
• Experiment with AI-powered tools and automation to improve development flow.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and R&D mini-projects.
