WhitePress, an international content marketing and SEO company, invites a motivated Junior Publisher Relations Specialist with Spanish to join its publisher network in Poland. You will source new media partners, onboard them, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and timely campaigns.

The role requires strong written and verbal skills in Spanish (C1) and English (B2), attention to detail, and comfort with data in HubSpot and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Business Communication: Strong written/verbal communication skills with an partner-oriented mindset and professional etiquette.
• Languages: Spanish C1 (business level), English B2.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to follow established procedures, and a willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Basic understanding of content publishing principles and the concept of link building.
• Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Gmail, Sheets, and Docs) and strong web research skills.

Responsibilities

• Publisher Acquisition: Sourcing, pre-qualifying, and initiating outreach to potential new media partners.
• Onboarding & Support: Assisting new publishers during setup, handling day-to-day inquiries, and liaising with internal teams.
• Data & Offer Management: Verifying and updating offers, pricing, site metrics, and communication history in HubSpot and internal systems.
• Quality Assurance: Monitoring publications to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines.
• Reporting: Preparing basic data summaries and status reports on publisher database growth and activities.

What will you be doing?
