WhitePress® is seeking a Junior Publisher Relations Specialist with Spanish to grow our publisher network in Poland and beyond. You will source partners, onboard new portals, and manage offers, pricing, and site metrics in HubSpot and internal systems. You’ll verify data, monitor quality, and support reporting on database growth.

The role offers hybrid work (Bielsko-Biała), training opportunities, and a contract with growth potential. Fluency in Spanish and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• Spanish language at business level (C1) and English (B2) proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication with partner mindset.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Publisher Acquisition: source, pre-qualify, and initiate outreach to new media partners.
• Onboarding & Support: assist publishers during setup and handle day-to-day inquiries.
• Data & Offer Management: verify offers, pricing, and site metrics in HubSpot/internal systems.
• Quality Assurance: monitor publications for accuracy, compliance, and deadlines.
• Reporting: prepare basic data summaries and status reports on publisher growth.
