Responsibilities:

  • Invoice processing (PO and NON-PO in IMAP)
  • Handling bank statements and reconciliation on vendor’s account
  • Open items analysis
  • Handling client queries
  • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers, and co-workers
  • Prepare and maintain a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets
