B2 Impact is expanding Portfolio Analytics to strengthen investment analysis, valuation quality and cross-border analytical capabilities. We are looking for a candidate based in Wrocław, Poland, who will join a high-profile, international team supporting portfolio investment opportunities and analytical projects across Europe. This role is designed for a developing analyst who wants to build expertise in portfolio valuation, forecasting and investment decision support.
In this role, you will gradually build ownership of the analytical process behind portfolio investments. At the beginning, you will contribute mainly through data analysis, portfolio segmentation and modelling, while learning how forecasts are developed, challenged and translated into investment decisions. With experience, you will be expected to take the lead on transactions, coordinate the full analytical workstream required to produce accurate forecasts and robust valuation outputs. Portfolio Analysts are highly visible throughout the organisation and sought after resources. It can become quite hectic at times, especially during seasonal peak periods for investments. Other times it can be more quiet allowing for in depth analysis and research, modelbuilding and development for continued improvement.
