Brenntag is seeking a Junior Master Data Analyst P2P in Łódź to ensure accurate vendor and purchasing master data in ERP systems, supporting efficient procure-to-pay operations. This transition-focused role values detail-oriented professionals who thrive in collaborative environments and aim to improve financial processes.

The position offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office and requires strong English communication, data governance, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in Master Data Management, preferably P2P / Vendor Master Data.
• Transition experience is a plus.
• Degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain vendor records in ERP systems.
• Validate supplier information (tax IDs, banking details, addresses, payment terms).
• Prevent duplicate or fraudulent vendor accounts through data governance.
• Ensure vendor data accuracy to avoid invoices and delays.
• Apply standard naming conventions, vendor categorization, and payment term rules.
• Conduct periodic data quality checks and support internal controls and audits.
• Monitor recurring vendor issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve data-related queries.
