Job summary

Arup is seeking a Junior MEP BIM Modeller to join our Building Engineering team supporting projects in Germany or Poland. You will apply BIM methodologies to integrate design and construction, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and develop accurate BIM models across disciplines.

The role requires a university or higher professional degree (civil engineering with building services), Revit proficiency, 0–2 years’ experience, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Completed higher professional education or university degree in civil engineering with a specialisation in building services.
• Revit building services engineering proficiency.
• 0 to 2 years' experience as a building services BIM modeller, from conceptual design through to specifications and construction.

Responsibilities

• Utilise BIM methodologies to facilitate the integration of design and construction across projects.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models, coordinate across disciplines, and produce construction documentation.
• Promote BIM best practices to ensure model integrity and data accuracy.
