Job summary

Sweco Design Center Poland, part of the Sweco Group, is seeking a BIM Engineer with strong experience in Autodesk Revit to support civil projects and digital twin initiatives in Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk or remotely within Poland.

You will develop BIM models, create construction documentation, and collaborate with engineers on residential, educational and commercial projects, with opportunities to progress toward BIM coordination or structural calculations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
3–10 years of relevant BIM Engineer experience.
Expertise in BIM modelling and construction documentation.
Very good English communication (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Preparing general arrangement, 3D models and detailed drawings of civil structures at all stages.
Collaborative work with digital initiatives, parametric design, task automation, and digital twin.
Understanding design and engineering solutions from sketches and concept drawings.
Supporting BIM coordination activities with potential growth toward BIM coordination or structural calculations.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement in BIM workflows and implementing solutions.
