Job summary

Alfa Laval Corporate AB is seeking a Junior Master Data Specialist to ensure accuracy and integrity of customer and supplier data across ERP platforms in a multinational OtC environment.

You will collaborate closely with Accounts Payable, Finance, IT, and local teams to drive data quality and process improvements while gaining exposure to ERP systems and data management best practices. This role offers hybrid work with three days in Kraków and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of experience in Master Data Management or data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems will be an asset.
• Strong Excel skills; Power Query or Power BI is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer and supplier master data across multiple ERP platforms.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data records.
• Monitor, analyze, and validate data relationships to maintain high-quality data standards.
• Perform regular data cleansing; remove duplicates and obsolete records.
• Update foreign exchange rates and period-end closing rates per schedule.
• Manage tickets/requests through ServiceNow and other platforms.
• Provide master data support and guidance to business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Support administration of SharePoint and OPTO systems.
• Create, update and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and efficiency.
• Support future system implementations and data migration projects.
