Job summary

Tiger Resourcing Group seeks a junior, proactive Sales Representative to promote LiDAR and sensor solutions for industrial automation, robotics, and security across EMEA and the Middle East. The role is based in Germany and targets OEMs, integrators, and distributors, driving opportunities from lead to close.

You will work with senior teammates to tailor proposals, support training, and maintain CRM records, while representing the company at events and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Business.
• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience.
• Exposure to LiDAR, sensors, or automation technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with industrial, robotics, or security markets is beneficial.
• Fluent in English; German/French/Italian/Spanish are strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify OEMs, integrators, and distributors in target sectors (industrial automation, robotics, security).
• Drive new business opportunities across EMEA and the Middle East.
• Execute direct sales activities from lead generation to closing deals.
• Support preparation and delivery of proposals for sensor and LiDAR-based solutions.
• Collaborate with senior team members to tailor solutions and maintain CRM records.
