Job summary

TMF Group in Katowice is seeking a specialist to support legal operations for Luxembourg clients from our Katowice Regional Delivery Center. You will handle document collection, KYC reviews, and corporate registry tasks with a collaborative, globally connected team.

The role offers flexi-time, remote work options, and exposure to international accounting and tax operations. You will work with experienced professionals and contribute to efficient corporate governance processes.

Qualifications

• 1 year relevant work experience.
• Law degree with Corporate Law focus is an advantage.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with external counterparts.
• People-oriented and keen to collaborate with team members.
• Excellent command of English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all client files are itemized accurately.
• Collect documentation for annual compliance review.
• Collect and review KYC for compliance and bank KYC requests.
• Maintain documents for Luxembourg Register of companies and beneficial owners.
• Manage opening or closing bank accounts and signatories.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all client files are itemized accurately;
• Collect documentation for annual compliance review
• Collect and review KYC for compliance and bank KYC request;
• Maintain necessary documents for the Register of companies of Luxembourg / Register of beneficial owner;
• Manage opening or closing of bank accounts and control on bank signatories;
• Accumulate documents for resignation, nomination of directors or managers, change of registered address;

Key Requirements

• Relevant work experience of 1 year;
• University degree in Law, focus on Corporate Law is an advantage;
• Ability to take ownership of tasks;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal efficiently with different external counterparts;
• People-oriented and keen to collaborate with team members;
• Excellent command of English, French is a plus.
