Job summary

VM.PL Software House in Wrocław is seeking an entry‑level marketer/sales assistant to gain experience in IT marketing and sales. You will join a team responsible for developing marketing activities in the DACH and English‑speaking markets, and you will support the pipeline through research and outreach.

The role offers detailed guidance, access to tools, and mentorship from a team that will teach you everything you need to know. This is a growth opportunity to learn client acquisition in IT.

Qualifications

• Very good command of German and English (minimum B2 level).

Job description

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to gain experience in marketing and sales within the IT industry.

You will join a team responsible for developing VM.PL's marketing activities in the German-speaking (DACH) and English-speaking (UK, USA, Belgium, the Netherlands) markets.

Your main responsibility will be supporting the team in building the sales pipeline through research and marketing activities. You will receive detailed guidelines, access to the necessary tools, and support from a team that will teach you everything you need to know.

This is a great opportunity to learn how marketing and sales work in an IT company, understand the client acquisition process and develop skills that can open the door to further career opportunities in this area.

What we expect

• Very good command of German and English (minimum B2 level)

• Availability to work from our Wrocław office two days a week
• The cooperation is based on an hourly rate. We expect the possibility of working hours close to full-time; however, due to the current stage of the project, we are not able to guarantee a full-time workload at this time.
• Studies in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field are welcome.
