Job summary

Societe Generale Warsaw is seeking a KYC/AML Officer to ensure regulatory compliance through periodic reviews, due diligence and risk assessments in a dynamic international setting. You will collaborate with Front Office, Compliance and other stakeholders across our business line to maintain accurate client profiles.

The role is a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential extension. English fluency is required; Italian/German/Polish language skills are a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders acrossFront Office, Compliance and other teams.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills for KYC/AML reviews and risk assessments.
• Comfortable working in a cross-departmental, global context.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end KYC periodic reviews for Investment Banking clients including Italian entities.
• Conduct customer due diligence and AML risk assessments.
• Perform sanctions and adverse media screenings; escalate findings per risk framework.
• Prepare and validate KYC documentation and update client profiles.
• Act as point of contact for Front Office, Compliance and other business teams to support timely reviews.
