Job summary

DXC Technology Polska is seeking a Junior-Level Java Developer to join a German-speaking team, in a flexible hybrid model with 2 days per week in the Wroclaw office. You will participate in full software development lifecycle and collaborate with international teams.

Required German (B2) and good English, plus a Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IT and Java basics. Nice-to-have DevOps tools; growth opportunities across DXC’s platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• First experience with Java and object-oriented programming principles from academic projects or personal learning.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Oracle) and web technologies.
• Familiarity with Git and software development lifecycle concepts.
• Basic understanding of Spring Boot and JPA/Hibernate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work in an international project environment.
• German language skills (minimum B2) and good English skills.

• Develop Java-based software solutions throughout the full software development lifecycle.
