Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Junior IT Controller to support Group IT Infrastructure and Security with cost controlling, budgeting, and admin tasks. You will report to the IT Controlling Team Lead and assist IT Directors and stakeholders.

Key duties include tracking IT costs across global cost centers, analyzing deviations, and supporting intercompany invoicing. A Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting is required and 1–3 years’ experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics required.
• 1–3 years’ experience as a Controller/Financial Analyst/Accountant/Auditor.
• Fluent English required; IT project experience a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel; data quality focus.
• Knowledge of IT cost accounting and budgeting is desirable.
• Experience with IT controls and cost reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day Controlling & Compliance for IT costs and IT fees allocation.
• Budget preparation, reconciliation, and participation in budgeting for IT scopes.
• Initiatives to drive cost transparency and cost reporting capabilities.
