Job summary

Franke Group in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Junior Inventory Management Planner to optimize inventory levels and oversee end-to-end replenishment processes. You will work with experienced colleagues in a collaborative, international environment to learn our products and systems while developing your planning and analytical skills.

Daily duties include managing purchase orders, stock transfers, intercompany orders and deliveries, maintaining MRP parameters, and performing turnover analyses.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Analytical skills and accuracy with high attention to detail.
• Work organization and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to end replenishment processes, incl. creation and maintenance of: purchase orders, stock transfer orders, intercompany sales orders, intercompany outbound deliveries and shipments
• Maintain material requirements planning (MRP) parameters
• Perform inventory analyses to ensure inventory turnover goals are met and out of stock/ overstock avoided; analyse root causes and take corrective and preventive actions
• Daily contact with external and intercompany suppliers and intercompany customers
• Support demand planning and forecasting activities
• Support global material phase in & out processes
• Support data and root cause analysis in cooperation with global and/or local business owners

About The Job

As a Junior Inventory Management Planner, you will plan and ensure optimal inventory levels for the assigned range of products. Under guidance manage you'll manage end-to-end replenishment processes.

In this role the Junior Inventory Management Planner will work closely with experienced colleagues, learn about our products and systems, and continuously grow your technical and communication skills in a collaborative, international environment.

Your tasks
