We are seeking an IFRS-focused finance professional to manage reporting for a portfolio of entities, support month-end processes, ensure compliance, and work with SAP.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree / qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) (acquired or in process of)
• 2 years of post-qualification experience or post degree
• Experience in Financial Reporting or Audit Firm
• Practical experience with IFRS
• Experience of working in a Control / SOX environment
• Previous experience of SAP preferred
• Developed analytical skills
• Communication and organization skills
• Outside of the box thinking and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the reporting of financial results for an entity or cluster of smaller entities, with commentary including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow for its accuracy and completeness.
• Support delivery of a complete, accurate and timely set of IFRS reporting (corporate reporting) for an entity or cluster of smaller entities.
• Support all aspects of the financial month end review process, reporting requirements, facilitating month end meetings, maintaining risk register & coordinating with all external stakeholders.
• Perform Balance Sheet review financial information against historical run rates and future growth plans.
• Ensure entities' results are fully compliant with all relevant accounting standards, current best practice and any other regulations.
• Ensure business complies with all aspects of the internal / external financial control environment.
• Support and is responsible for the inputs to the external and internal financial audits.
• Cooperate with our tax providers – review of declarations for VAT, CIT, other taxes.

PLN 135,688.00 - PLN 186,571.00 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Further details regarding the total reward and benefits package will be shared during the recruitment process. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role. Where the position is advertised with additional locations the compensation range will be discussed during the recruiting process.
