Job summary

Reality Games in Kraków is seeking a talented 3D Generalist to join our Product department. You will create high-quality 3D assets and animations for our mobile game world, collaborating with art and design teams.

Responsibilities include developing 3D city maps, environments, characters, dynamic animations, and optimizing assets for mobile performance. A strong portfolio and experience with Blender/Maya/Unreal are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 3D Generalist in gaming or entertainment.
• Strong skills in 3D modeling, texturing and shading with industry tools.
• Experience with real-time engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Ability to optimize assets for mobile platforms and performance.
