Job summary

Reality Games in Krakow is seeking a talented Creative 2D Graphic Designer to help bring our mobile games to life on the App Store and Google Play.

You will design promotional graphics, create variations for different markets, integrate localized texts, and work with marketing to keep visuals sharp and brand-aligned. The role starts with a 1-month paid trial followed by a 3-month contract, with possibilities for long-term cooperation.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience in 2D graphic design (portfolio with commercial projects is a big plus).
• Comfort working with brand guidelines and app store requirements.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient with high-volume projects.
• Creative flair and ability to make content visually pop.
• Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in AI tools for design.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging promotional graphics for mobile games on App Store & Google Play.
• Create multiple design variations tailored for different markets (starting with 7, and more to come!).
• Integrate localized texts and translations into your designs.
• Experiment with AI-powered tools to craft backgrounds and supporting elements.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing team to keep visuals consistent, polished, and impactful.
• Ensure every asset is sharp, aesthetic, and 100% platform-ready.
