Job summary

Arini Capital Management in Warsaw seeks a talented junior developer to support the portfolio management system, Front Arena. You will develop extensions and integrations across the internal stack, enabling trading, risk, compliance and operations workflows.

The role focuses on Python development, maintaining the Python-based tech stack, code reviews, testing and deployment within a hybrid work model (4 days in office, 1 day from home).

Qualifications

• Proficient Python programming.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a financial technology setting.
• University degree in a relevant field.
• Front Arena experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Front Arena’s OMS and PMS functionalities across the business.
• Develop and maintain the internal Python based tech stack across the business.

Position Description:

We are seeking a talented junior developer to support our portfolio management system, Front Arena. The role will require developing extensions within Front Arena and developing integrations to other parts of the internal stack, and building and maintaining tools that support the trading, risk, compliance and operations workflows via Front Arena and across the wider firm in general.

Responsibilities will include (not limited to):

• Develop, and maintain Front Arena’s OMS and PMS functionalities, across all parts of the business
• Develop and maintain the internal Python based tech stack across all parts of the business
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes

Skills & Qualifications
