Brown Brothers Harriman in Kraków is recruiting a Junior Financial Reporting Specialist to join our Financial Reporting Team. You will help prepare financial statements for BBH clients across multiple funds and liaise with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (minimum B2+) is required.
• Primary degree in finance, accounting, mathematics-related disciplines or equivalent experience.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive.
• Strong numerical ability and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing financial statements for BBH clients in cooperation with relevant departments.
• Performing the internal controls agreed for the process.
• Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all client-related tasks, including communicating with other BBH teams.

Junior Financial Reporting Specialist

Role Summary

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Financial Reporting Specialist to join our Financial Reporting Team. In this role you will be part of a team responsible for the preparation of financial statements for investment funds registered in Luxembourg, Ireland, the United States and Cayman Islands.

Responsibilities

• Preparing financial statements for BBH clients in cooperation with relevant departments
• Performing the internal controls agreed for the process
• Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all client‑related tasks, including communicating with other BBH teams

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (min B2+)
• Primary degree in finance, accounting, mathematics‑related disciplines, and/or equivalent work experience
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive individuals
• Strong numerical ability and analytical skills
