Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services) is seeking a skilled finance professional to manage local statutory accounts, RTR processes, and IFRS alignment in a robust control environment. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and drive process improvements using SAP and Excel.

The role requires a Master’s in Finance/Accounting, 3+ years in finance, strong English, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Finance or Accounting; ACCA or equivalent qualifications an asset.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance with experience in controlling, reporting, and end-to-end RTR activities.
• Good collaborative skills and ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good working knowledge of SAP.
• Proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues.
• Drive for continuous professional development in self and others.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Excellent language skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare local statutory accounts and financial statements under local GAAP with guidance from Senior/Statutory & Tax Specialists.
• Perform statistical reporting.
• Complete period-end close activities related to statutory and tax accounting and other financial accounting tasks.
• Perform accounts reconciliations and IFRS vs local statutory reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with OpCo regulatory and tax requirements.
• Support internal/external audits by providing information when requested.
• Execute assigned process controls and report non-compliance.
• Lead accounting projects as required (SAP implementation, activities transition to Kraków).
