Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end legal support for international expansion, including entity structuring.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Support corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
• Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks across key markets and translate to guidance.
• Coordinate external counsel for cost-efficient, high-quality outcomes.
