Job summary

Flex is seeking a Junior Export & Customs Specialist to be based in Tczew, Poland. This role focuses on supporting export and customs clearance activities, maintaining shipment documentation, and monitoring status to ensure on-time delivery.

You will work with carriers, customs brokers and internal teams to resolve issues and learn trade compliance processes within a global procurement and supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• Some previous experience in logistics is mandatory.
• Experience in export and/or customs operations will be an advantage.
• Good Polish and Communicative English (B1/B2 level)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to learn export, customs, and trade compliance processes as well as new operational systems.
• Eligibility to work in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Support export and customs clearance activities in compliance with internal procedures and customs regulations.
• Maintain accurate shipment and customs documentation in company systems.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on delays or discrepancies.
• Communicate with carriers, customs brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Assist in resolving customs, transportation and documentation issues under the guidance of senior team members.
• Cooperate with Logistics, Production, Procurement, Warehouse and Finance teams to ensure timely shipment execution and documentation compliance.
