Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Poznań seeks a data analyst to translate commercial plans into financial targets, monitor margins, and own Amazon 1P reporting across pan-EU8. You will build ROI frameworks, manage sell-in and margin reporting, and collaborate with corporate teams on offshoring initiatives.

Fluent Polish and English are required; advanced Excel, SAP, and Power BI skills are mandatory, with knowledge of power queries, Python, C, and C++ a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the translation of commercial plans into financial plans.
• Ensure the follow-up of the Stanley Black & Decker margin as well as Amazon's margin.
• Own all Amazon 1P reporting activities and transformation projects.
• Weekly reporting on monthly sell-in numbers.
• Own pan-EU 8 Pricing (units and pallet levels) and operational implications and Report on L4 budget utilization at pan-EU8 level as well as at the regional level for MET, ANZ.
• Monthly reporting on Sell-in & margin numbers.
• Own Amazon AVS relationship.
• Create a framework to allow ROI calculation - ROI reporting.
• Own C2S amazon follow-up dashboard including chargebacks.
• Drive reporting offshoring project with corporate teams.

Salary Range:

98 000 - 127 500 PLN gross annually.
