Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in Poland seeks an Associate to plan and coordinate marketing activities for the PSR channel. You will translate brand strategy into actionable go-to-market plans to drive growth, visibility, and execution at the point of sale.

You will develop trade promotions, manage POS materials, support events, and assist product launches while collaborating with CRM, Brand, Sales, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing and/or Trade marketing within international company, min 3 years.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong English skills, written and oral.
• Brand Marketing/Management & Communication, Integrated Marketing, Project Management.
• Basic negotiations skills.
• Digital Savvy.
• Experienced user of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales objectives.
• Develop and monitor trade promotions and in-store activation campaigns for optimal brand presence.
• Plan and manage ordering, development and production of POS materials and communications across channels.
• Coordinate participation in PSR channel events and product launches.
• Assist in budget management with PSR Sales Lead.

Job Description:

The associate on this position is responsible for planning & coordinating all marketing activities for PSR channel in Poland. It is responsible for translating brand strategy into actionable go-to-market plans, with the aim of supporting business growth, boosting recommendation and ensuring the perfect execution of the priorities.

The role is responsible for ensuring brand presence is maximized at the point of sale through tailored trade activities and promotional plans.

The goal is to accelerate health outcomes by ensuring the availability and visibility of our portfolio in our PSR customers, partners and at key events, in full respect of Royal Canin philosophy & communication codes, as well as The Five Principles.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the development and implementation of trade marketing plans,aligned with brand and sales objectives
• Develop and monitor trade promotions (including sales channels allocation) and in-store activation campaigns to ensure optimal brand presence
• Plans and manages ordering, development and production of all point-of-sale materials, communication, promotional materials, ensuring consistent brand representation across channels
• Plans & coordinates the participation of company events in PSR channel
• Support new product launches ensuring execution & launch excellence
• Own, manage and track budget in collaboration with PSR Sales Lead
• Handles marketing related ERP (SAP) Key User scope
• Measure and analyse the results of marketing plans and promotion activities, aiming for efficiency and efficacy increase
• Works closely with agencies, suppliers, cross-functional teams (CRM, Sales, Portfolio, Brand, Supply Chain, Finance) and Legal Advisors (where needed)
• Follows Company policies & procedures
