MindPal Sp. z o.o. in Gliwice seeks a Junior Digital Marketing & Web Specialist to develop practical skills in website marketing, landing pages, SEO, paid campaigns, and AI-powered tools.

You’ll work on real IT and AI projects, supporting the development and optimization of our website and digital marketing activities. The role offers hands-on experience with mentorship and the chance to test new tools while contributing to performance improvements on-site in Gliwice.

Qualifications

• First experience or strong interest in digital marketing, websites, SEO, or paid campaigns.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Interest in website optimization and conversion.
• Comfortable working with AI tools and new technologies.
• Good English, written and spoken.
• Nice to have: Lovable, Webflow, Framer, GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, GTM, Canva, or other marketing tools.

Responsabilités

• Creating and improving website content and landing pages.
• Supporting landing page development using Lovable, Webflow, Framer, or similar tools.
• Supporting SEO, keyword research, and website optimization.
• Assisting with Google Ads and other paid marketing activities.
• Monitoring website and campaign performance.

Junior Digital Marketing & Web Specialist

We’re looking for a Junior Digital Marketing & Web Specialist who wants to develop practical skills in website marketing, landing pages, SEO, paid campaigns, and AI-powered tools. You’ll work on real projects in the IT and AI space, supporting the development and optimization of our website and digital marketing activities.

Cooperation Details

Type of cooperation: Contract of Mandate Location: On-site, Gliwice Compensation: 31,40–40,00 PLN gross/hour

Scope of cooperation

• Creating and improving website content and landing pages
• Supporting landing page development using Lovable, Webflow, Framer, or similar tools
• Supporting SEO, keyword research, and website optimization
• Assisting with Google Ads and other paid marketing activities
• Monitoring website and campaign performance
• Using AI tools for research, content creation, optimization, and testing
• Supporting other digital marketing initiatives when needed

What We’re Looking For
