Job summary

W Electric Poland LLC is seeking an operations resource to support SAP BW and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for the Global Markets Commercial Center of Excellence (CCOE). You will coordinate the CCOE support, manage data across SAP, D365 and Power BI, and maintain Azure DevOps Boards.

The role requires familiarity with SAP, SAP BW, and CRM systems like D365; MS Power Platform experience is a plus. Hybrid work in Poland and potential incentive pay accompany base salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance or CS.
• 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
• Familiar with SAP and SAP BW.
• Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar CRM.
• Experience with MS Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Knowledge of financial reporting tools like BPC, Hyperion.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the CCOE support function to maintain high customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Integrate data from SAP, D365, and Power BI for reporting.
• Maintain Azure DevOps Boards and track progress with team inputs.
• Create commercial performance reports using Westinghouse data.
• Manage access for D365 and Power BI ensuring data integrity.
• Be a techno-functional resource for the CCOE team.
