Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Warsaw is seeking a junior data engineer to maintain and develop data integrations across platforms, including ERP and BI components. The role involves ensuring data quality and enabling scalable pipelines to support business analytics.

You will work with Platform and Design teams, IT leadership, and business stakeholders to optimize processes and drive data‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of ERP experience or related data analysis, BI tools, and data management.
• Broad knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Basic knowledge of Python or Java.
• Experience with multi‑platform data integrations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data integration projects between platforms and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through cleaning and validation.
• Document data processes and workflows for future reference.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure process integrity.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or marketing

Master's degree in data sciences (counts as 2 years towards minimum)
