Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Warsaw is seeking a Database Developer to design, build and manage reports, data feeds and applications that support accounting systems, with a focus on financial data such as trial balances and ledgers.

You will troubleshoot data issues, optimize SQL queries, develop Yardi integrations, and collaborate with Business Analysts within an Agile team to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

Experience with Yardi Systems or custom Yardi solutions.
2+ years of hands-on software or database development.
Strong SQL skills including complex queries and performance tuning.
Excel proficiency with advanced data analysis features.
Familiarity with Git and Agile environments.
Experience with data integration tools (SSIS, Azure Data Factory) is a plus.
Experience with accounting data or financial systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Design, build and manage reports and data feeds for accounting systems.
Develop and support Yardi reporting and data extraction solutions.
Provide advanced troubleshooting for data and system issues.
Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into tech solutions.
Ensure data integrity across multiple databases and document processes.
Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures and functions.
Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and use Excel for data analysis.
